Ashley: "Open your eyes, if you suspect your child is into something, doing something wrong, more than likely they are. Take your blinders off and investigate the situation. Call the other parents. Make the child stay in contact with you. When they get home at night, make them come in and say 'hello.' Look at them. Check them out. Make sure they're doing what they say they're doing. If they know they're going to have to be accountable to you more than likely they'll tow the line. And you have to be involved. You can't be lazy. It's your responsibility to make sure your child is safe. It's not an easy job. It's not an easy task. But you have to do it."
